Te Rawhitiroa & Taupunakohe!

Some couples are just meant to be, and when we last shot Te Rawhitiroa for the idea that is He Kakano Ahau, there  was an energy between the two that just asked to be recorded.

Te Rawhitiroa and Taupunakohe are exactly the ideal around which our efforts are based - they live their lives giving all they can, to encourage the youth of their heritage, to live and thrive within their culture. Be it teaching, advising, or generally just being shining examples of the possibilities within this, both are individuals to be proud of, and together there is a sense of much more.

Tomorrow myself, Kiri and Jas will again team up with Te Rawhitiroa for another session of "art and fun", while Taupunakohe is presently enjoying a slice of life in Rio De Janiero - hopefully this will give her a little more closeness to home, and she can feel that little closer to the other half of her "team" seeing this.
