So i've just been back less than a week from what was without a doubt the most inspiring two weeks of my life at the Red Bull Music Academy which was in Madrid, i've been lucky enough to be in attendance at a few academies now - starting with Sao Paulo in Brazil in 2002 and every academy up to the Melbourne edition back in 2006.

So as of Sunday night the second term of the international Red Bull Music Academy kicked off at a former slaughterhouse called the 'Matidero' in Madrid Spain. It's been a few years since i've been asked back to be a part of the team here, and I gotta say it's pretty cool to be back.

So you know how everyone always goes on about how the 'travel' part of travelling sucks and being in airports is horrible and why is New Zealand so far away etc etc - I was always the guy that didn't mind the travel part, I always managed to find some adventures in there and you generally always meet some interesting people that have some pretty cool stories to tell.
