You have to ask yourself the question - what is a turkey doing wandering around downtown manhattan?
Here I am in new york for fashion week, fall/winter 12.
Just over 2 and a half miles down the east side from where I stay is battery park and the statten island ferry.
It's where you can go see the lady of liberty.
She's pretty big.
And free as a bird.
I think you have to pay to witness her liberty however...
Running home from my very free viewing (from a distance) of the statue de la liberte and nearly ran headlong into this guy!
A turkey, roaming freely around the cars.
I also saw some other pretty cool stuff... see?
